The Adult Summer Reading Program is open to ages 18+. At the Putnam County Public Library, we believe reading is universal. Whether you read books, graphic novels, listen to audiobooks, or read magazines, we believe that all reading is important, no matter the age. We aim to cultivate a community of lifelong readers.
How do I participate in the Adult Summer Reading Club?
PCPL’s Summer Reading Program runs June through July. For the Adult Summer Reading Club, each book that a participant reads will count toward one (1) raffle ticket. Each program that a participant attends will also count toward one (1) raffle ticket.
You may submit your summer reading entries using one of two ways. You cannot use both methods together to submit your entries. There is no entry limit.
In Person: Pick up a Summer Reading Packet in the Library’s Lobby across from the Circulation Desk. Record your books and select your raffle entries in the packet. This must be returned to the Reference Desk at the end of summer reading for your raffle entries to be submitted.
Online: Submit your raffle entries online by clicking here.
