As a community center and cultural hub for Putnam County, the library provides meeting rooms for public use. Meeting rooms are used for library events and programming, as well as community meetings, private groups, nonprofits, and more.
The Kiwanis Meeting Room is equipped with a laptop, projector screen, Meeting Owl video conferencing system, and a podium for speakers. Minimum Capacity: 10. Max Capacity: 70.
The Rotary Meeting Room is best suited for small groups and meetings and is equipped with tables and chairs in a private setting. Minimum Capacity: 2. Maximum Capacity: 10.
Study Rooms are quiet rooms available to up to two people per room.
Nonprofit organizations and groups may rent the library's Meeting Rooms at no cost. Commercial Groups may rent meeting rooms for a fee of $10/hour. An additional $25 fee will be charged for organizations who serve food.
