Meeting Room FAQs

Yes. There are two ways to request a meeting room. One is by calling the reference desk and putting in the request with a member of the reference staff. Another is to fill out the Meeting Room Reservation Form.  Simply filling out the form does not guarantee your reservation. The meeting room coordinator will email you to confirm your reservation. It is suggested to reserve meeting rooms several months in advance due to limited space. 

The Kiwanis room has several mobile tables and chairs. The Kiwanis Room also has a
projector and screen available. The Rotary Room has a table and 6-8 chairs. Study rooms are
available for 2 people.

Yes. Study rooms are available for up to two people per room at a time. Study rooms can be requested by calling the library, or filling out the Study Room Reservation Form. 

Nonprofit groups use them for free, while for-profit groups pay $10 per hour.

There is a $25 fee for bringing food into the room.

No. Private parties are not permitted in the meeting rooms.
