Florence Boatright (Dec. 15, 1905 - July 10, 1996)

William J. and Florence Boatright each belonged to a number of local organizations over many years and both were members of the Putnam County Historical Society. Florence was also the Society's first and only president from 1949 to its temporary demise in the 1980s. She was also a member of DAR (Daughters of the American Revolution) and William was a member of SAR (Sons of the American Revolution).
