Learn to knit socks on double-point needles!

Sock knitting 101 is for those with some knitting experience who would like to learn a new skill. Classes will meet in the Rotary Room on Wednesdays from 5:30 - 7:00 pm for six sessions beginning October 4th.

Class size is limited to 6. Please pre-register at the circulation desk. Materials needed: 1 set of U.S. size #3 double-pointed knitting needles (wood, metal, or bamboo), Light-worsted weight yarn - approximately 300 yards, Knitting notions - large-eyed blunt sewing needle, scissors. Our instructor for this program is Jean Stout, who is a homemaker, Greencastle resident, and knitter for 30+ years.
