Making & Baking with Bridgette: French Crepes

Making & Baking with Bridgette: French Crepes

The fifth and final event in our 5-part series, “Making and Baking with Bridgette”, is a crepe-making party! We will have traditional crepe griddles and toppings to make our guests feel like they’re in the heart of Paris, France. Crepes are a very thin ‘pancake’ that can range in size from 6” to 18” across! They are traditionally filled with a large range of ingredients, depending on the crepe stand! Our toppings will range from bananas, strawberries, nutella, and powdered sugar, to ham, cream cheese and chives. You will be able to make them savory or sweet, just like the French do! You won’t want to miss this delicious feast! Please join us on May 3rd at 4:00 pm for this special treat!

The event is free of charge, but pre-registration is highly encouraged. Patrons can sign up at the circulation desk at the library or over the phone. This event will be ages 12+.
